Yes, the limit is based on the number of job postings you have purchased. You can check your remaining credits by clicking on the user icon in the menu bar and selecting "Purchase Credit".

Simply click on the Talent Search section in the menu bar and enter the desired job role/skills, industry type, and years of working experience in the search bar. You can also use the Advanced Filters to further refine your search, considering factors such as company, current location, nationality, minimum education/qualification, last active on the job portal and the expected monthly salary.

To access and analyse candidate data, navigate to the “Reports” section from the menu bar. You will be able to view the “Job Applicant Status Report” which provides comprehensive insights into your applicants. By searching the job title and industry, you can easily generate reports tailored to your needs, which are helpful for urgent hiring requirements. Moreover, these reports are downloadable in PDF format.

Yes, you can schedule meetings with candidates directly within the Jobs Lah portal. Based on your preferred mode of interviews, recruiters can organise and schedule interviews. Our portal offers options to arrange Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom interviews/meetings.
