Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our team. The Account Coordinator will work closely with our Account Managers to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the company and our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, tracking project timelines, and assisting with project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and inquiries
● Manage client accounts and maintain up-to-date records
● Prepare project proposals and work with the Account Managers to ensure that all deliverables are met on time and within budget
● Track project timelines and ensure that project milestones are met
● Assist with the coordination of project deliverables, including content creation, design assets, and other materials as necessary
● Work with the Account Managers to identify potential areas for account growth and assist with the development of account strategy and planning
● Attend client meetings and provide timely and accurate reporting to clients and internal teams
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
● 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, project management, or a related field
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, etc.)
