Job Title: Account Director

 

Job Summary:

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be a key player in developing and executing client strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a team of account managers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

- Develop and execute client strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new business leads.

- Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and excellent client service.

- Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials to clients as needed.

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.

- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics.

- Ensure that all account management processes and systems are operating effectively and efficiently.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and motivating a team.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

- Knowledge of the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry is preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
