Job Title: Account Executive
Job Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the account management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as new leads and prospects.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand clients' business needs and challenges, and develop customized solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with the account management team to develop client strategies and plans, and ensure the successful execution of projects and campaigns.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and other materials to clients as needed.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Manage and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including creative, production, and media teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a related role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
