Job Title: Account Manager

 

Job Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with the account management team to develop client strategies and plans, and ensure the successful execution of projects and campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

- Conduct research and analysis to understand clients' business needs and challenges, and develop customized solutions to meet their objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and timelines, and ensure the successful execution of work.

- Monitor and analyze project performance, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and proactively address issues as they arise.

- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and other materials to clients as needed.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including creative, production, and media teams.

- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Manage and track project budgets, ensuring that all work is completed within budget.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a related role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Knowledge of the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry is preferred.

- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
