Job Title: Account Officer
Job Summary:
As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the account management team in managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting business development efforts. You will work closely with the account management team to help deliver high-quality work and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the account management team in managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand clients' business needs and challenges, and develop customized solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and timelines, and ensure the successful execution of work.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and other materials to clients as needed.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including creative, production, and media teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Support business development efforts, including identifying new leads and prospects, and participating in pitch presentations.
- Manage administrative tasks related to client accounts, including billing, invoicing, and contract management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or a related role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
