Job Title: Account Supervisor
Job Summary:
As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of account executives and representatives to deliver high-quality work and exceptional client service. You will work closely with the account management team to develop and implement strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of account executives and representatives to deliver high-quality work and exceptional client service.
- Develop and implement strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and timelines, and ensure the successful execution of work.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and other materials to clients as needed.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in business development efforts, including identifying new leads and prospects, and participating in pitch presentations.
- Manage administrative tasks related to client accounts, including billing, invoicing, and contract management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related role, including at least 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
