Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our accounting team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. The Accountant will also prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.



• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and issuing payments

• Prepare and review general ledger entries and reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements

• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Prepare and file various tax returns, such as sales tax and payroll tax

• Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections

• Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support decision-making

• Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff

• Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed



• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related field

• CPA certification preferred

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

• Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting software

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
