Job Summary:

 

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails

• Organize and schedule appointments

• Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Develop and maintain a filing system

• Update and maintain office policies and procedures

• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

• Book travel arrangements

• Submit and reconcile expense reports

• Provide general support to visitors

• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-3 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
