Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent Administrator to manage and supervise administrative duties and responsibilities. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office, overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, developing and maintaining office policies and procedures, and supervising administrative staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office
• Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Supervisory experience preferred
