Job Title: Assembler

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products using hand and power tools and other equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine product requirements.

• Use hand and power tools to assemble and manufacture products.

• Inspect products for defects and quality control.

• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly problems.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Vocational or technical training in manufacturing or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
