Job Title: Assistant Account Executive


Job Summary:

As an Assistant Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the account management team in delivering high-quality work and excellent client service. You will assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts, conduct research and analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to execute project deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the account management team with administrative tasks related to client accounts, including billing, invoicing, and contract management.

- Conduct research and analysis to understand clients' business needs and challenges, and develop customized solutions to meet their objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and timelines, and ensure the successful execution of work.

- Monitor and analyze project performance, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and proactively address issues as they arise.

- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and other materials to clients as needed.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including creative, production, and media teams.

- Prepare regular reports on account performance, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Assist with business development efforts, including identifying new leads and prospects and participating in pitch presentations.



- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Knowledge of the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry is preferred.

- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
