Position: Back-End Developer

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications that meet our clients' needs. The candidate will also work closely with the front-end development team to ensure the smooth functioning of the application.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design, develop, and maintain the back-end of web applications and databases

• Develop and maintain application documentation, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment plans

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure customer satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in back-end development

• Mentor junior team members

• Provide technical support to customers as needed

 

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience as a back-end developer

• Strong knowledge of software development principles, including software design patterns and software architecture

• Experience with different programming languages, including but not limited to, Java, Python, Ruby, .NET, and SQL Server

• Experience with database design and SQL programming

• Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

 

Education and Experience:

 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

• 3+ years of back-end development experience

 

Working Conditions:

 

• The position may require working extended hours when necessary, to meet project deadlines or resolve critical issues.

• The job may require occasional travel, depending on project needs.
