Job Title: Baker



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a wide variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods, following traditional and modern recipes.

- Manage the production schedule, ensure that products are delivered on time, and monitor inventory levels.

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are maintained in the bakery area.

- Create and test new recipes and suggest menu ideas to attract more customers.

- Train and supervise other bakery staff, including assistants and apprentices.

- Monitor the quality of raw materials, such as flour and yeast, and ensure that they are stored appropriately.

- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and slicers, ensuring they are in good working condition.

- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines at all times, and ensure that all baked goods meet health and safety standards.



- High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training in baking or culinary arts is preferred.

- Proven experience as a baker, with a solid knowledge of baking techniques and a portfolio of creative baked goods.

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in products.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends, depending on business needs.

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients, as well as standing for long periods of time.
