Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a talented Beauty Advisor to join our team. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while providing beauty advice and promoting cosmetic products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cosmetics, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Greet customers as they approach the cosmetics section and offer assistance.

• Provide product recommendations and advise customers on skincare, makeup, and beauty tools.

• Demonstrate how to use different products and provide tips on how to achieve desired results.

• Assist customers in finding the perfect shade of foundation, lipstick, and other cosmetics products.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products.

• Keep the cosmetics area clean, tidy, and well-stocked.

• Operate the cash register and handle cash and card transactions.

• Meet sales targets by promoting and selling cosmetics products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

 

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar customer service role.

• Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Customer-focused and able to deliver excellent customer service.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
