Title: Bilingual Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our HR team. The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting bilingual candidates for various positions within the organization. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience in recruiting for a variety of roles.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and identify bilingual candidates for various positions.

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs.

- Build relationships with community organizations and other recruitment sources to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, tracking applicants, and managing the candidate pipeline.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed.

- Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics.

- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities to HR leadership.

- Other HR-related tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with experience in bilingual recruitment preferred.

- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.

- Familiarity with recruitment software and other HR technology.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a multicultural environment.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

- HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
