Position: Brand Designer & Illustrator

 

Job Purpose:

As a Brand Designer & Illustrator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative visual concepts and designs that represent a brand's identity, values, and message. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop designs that convey the brand's story and mission, while creating designs that resonate with the target audience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

●     Create and design visual concepts and illustrations that align with the brand's identity, values, and message

●     Work collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams to develop designs that tell the brand's story and mission

●     Develop and execute design projects, including social media graphics, marketing materials, packaging, and web design

●     Use design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit designs

●     Participate in brainstorming and creative meetings to share ideas and provide input

●     Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques to continuously improve design skills

●     Communicate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet their expectations and requirements

●     Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's style and guidelines

●     Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

 

Qualifications:

 

●     Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

●     Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and illustration

●     Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

●     Knowledge of brand identity and messaging principles

●     Excellent communication and collaboration skills

●     Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

●     Strong attention to detail and organization skills

●     Portfolio of previous work demonstrating strong design skills

 

Physical Demands:

This job may require long hours of sitting or standing, working on a computer or other electronic devices. There may be some lifting or carrying of equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds.

 

Working Conditions:

This job is performed in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels and controlled temperature conditions. There may be some occasional travel required for this position.
