Job Overview:
The Budget Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the organization's annual budget. This position will work closely with department heads to develop budgets and monitor actual results against budgeted projections. The Budget Manager will also be responsible for identifying and analyzing trends and variances and making recommendations for improvement. This position will be responsible for preparing financial reports and presenting findings to senior management.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and data
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with budgeting and financial management software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
