Job Title: Business Development Representative

 

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including prospecting and researching leads, and participating in pitch presentations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, serving as a point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and business success.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.

- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and other materials to clients and partners.

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals.

- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.

- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including pipeline metrics.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role, with a proven track record of identifying and qualifying leads.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Knowledge of the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry is preferred.

- Experience with CRM tools and software is a plus.
