Job Title: Busser

 

Introduction:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Busser at our restaurant. The Busser will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, assisting servers, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have previous restaurant experience, be able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area

• Refill water glasses and other drinks

• Assist servers with tasks such as delivering food and drinks to tables

• Ensure the restaurant is organized and tidy at all times

• Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Set up tables for large parties and special events

• Support other team members as needed

 

Qualifications:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous restaurant experience preferred

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
