We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Call Center Manager to lead our team of customer service representatives. Responsibilities:

 

     Manage and oversee daily operations of the call center

     Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and achieve goals

     Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders

     Work collaboratively with other departments to improve overall business performance

     Prepare and present reports on call center performance to senior management

 

Requirements:

 

     Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

     Proven experience as a call center manager or similar role

     Excellent leadership and coaching skills

     Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

     Knowledge of call center technologies and best practices
