We are seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Supervisor to oversee our team of customer service representatives. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring performance metrics, and leading team members to meet or exceed goals. Responsibilities:

 

     Supervise and oversee daily operations of the call center

     Monitor and analyze call center metrics and KPIs to ensure team members meet or exceed performance goals

     Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals

     Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders

     Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

     Analyze data and identify trends to continuously improve call center operations

     Work collaboratively with other departments to improve overall business performance

     Prepare and present reports on call center performance to senior management

     Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates on key initiatives

 

Requirements:

 

     Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

     Proven experience as a call center supervisor or similar role

     Strong leadership and coaching skills

     Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

     Exceptional customer service skills

     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

     Knowledge of call center technologies and best practices

     Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals

     Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
