Title: Campus Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our HR team and lead our recruitment efforts for entry-level positions from universities and colleges. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building relationships with academic institutions, identifying top talent, and coordinating the entire campus recruitment process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a campus recruitment strategy to attract top talent from universities and colleges.

- Build relationships with academic institutions to promote our organization and identify potential candidates.

- Coordinate and attend career fairs, information sessions, and other campus events to promote our organization and identify potential candidates.

- Work with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions for entry-level positions.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify top candidates.

- Manage the entire recruitment process for entry-level positions, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending job offers.

- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure successful onboarding and integration of new hires.

- Stay up-to-date with campus recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in campus recruitment or related field.

- Strong knowledge of campus recruitment best practices and trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships with academic institutions and identify top talent.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a large organization with campus recruitment needs.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
