Job Title: Car Salesman

 

Job Summary:

As a Car Salesman, you will be responsible for selling cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, demonstrate the features and benefits of vehicles, and negotiate prices and financing options.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Identify customer needs and preferences, and recommend vehicles that meet their requirements.

- Demonstrate the features and benefits of vehicles, and answer customer questions.

- Negotiate prices and financing options with customers.

- Conduct test drives with customers and explain vehicle features and performance.

- Complete sales paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery with customers.

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Meet sales targets and performance goals.

- Stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge.

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.

 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in car sales or a related role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.

- Experience with CRM tools and software is a plus.

- Valid driver's license.
