●     Collaborate with the director and producers to determine the desired look and feel of the cast.

●     Negotiate contracts and fees with talent agents and managers.

●     Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and talent.

 

Requirements:

 

●     Bachelor's degree in Theater, Film, or a related field.

●     Proven work experience as a Casting Director or a similar role.

●     Extensive knowledge of the industry and casting processes.

●     Strong communication and negotiation skills.

●     Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet project specifications.

●     Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

●     Keen eye for talent and ability to recognize the potential in actors and other talents.

●     Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
