Job Overview:
The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be responsible for providing a wide range of accounting and financial services to clients, including tax planning and preparation, financial statement preparation, and audit and assurance services. The CPA will also be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing guidance and support to other members of the accounting team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting and financial services to clients, including tax planning and preparation, financial statement preparation, and audit and assurance services
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax regulations
• Review financial statements and other accounting reports for accuracy and completeness
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the accounting team
• Participate in the development of new business opportunities and assist with business development efforts
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with new requirements
• Assist with special projects and other accounting-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
