Job Summary:

We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and other strategic partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our channel partners have the tools and resources necessary to effectively sell and promote our products and services. The successful candidate will have experience managing channel partner programs, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute channel partner programs that align with company objectives and drive sales growth.

- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand our distribution network.

- Manage relationships with existing channel partners, including providing training, support, and resources.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that channel partners have the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell and promote our products and services.

- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance metrics, including sales, pipeline, and partner satisfaction.

- Develop and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.

- Provide regular communication and reporting to senior leadership on channel partner program performance.
