Job Title: Chemical Engineer


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to design, develop, and optimize chemical processes and systems. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of chemicals through the use of innovative technologies and engineering principles.




     Design and develop chemical processes and systems, including experiments, simulations, and pilot-scale testing

     Optimize existing processes and systems to improve efficiency, yield, and quality

     Collaborate with other engineers and scientists to ensure the successful development and implementation of chemical processes and systems

     Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical processes and systems, including identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions

     Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety guidelines, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety

     Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and techniques to improve chemical processes and systems

     Analyze data and report findings to management and other stakeholders, and provide recommendations for improvement

     Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of experiments, simulations, and other project-related activities

     Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies and techniques in the chemical engineering field




     Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (required), Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering (preferred)

     Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical process design, development, and optimization

     Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mass and heat transfer

     Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, CHEMCAD) and other engineering software tools

     Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify root causes of issues

     Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

     Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and to adapt quickly to changing situations
