Title: Chief Talent Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Chief Talent Officer to join our team. The Chief Talent Officer will be responsible for leading the company's talent management strategy and initiatives, including recruitment, retention, development, and engagement. This individual will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement talent management programs that align with the company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the company's talent management strategy, including recruitment, retention, development, and engagement.
- Partner with the executive team to align talent management programs with the company's business objectives and culture.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Create and implement onboarding and development programs that support the growth and career progression of employees.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Monitor and report on key talent metrics, such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in talent management or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement talent management programs that align with business objectives.
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies and talent acquisition programs.
- Experience developing and implementing performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with HR technology, including HRIS and talent management systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in HR, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
- Experience working in a high-growth organization.
- Experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
