We are seeking a skilled and compassionate chiropractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with patients and other healthcare professionals. The chiropractor will provide patient-centered care, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of musculoskeletal conditions, with an emphasis on non-invasive, drug-free approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including taking medical histories, performing physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests when necessary.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs and goals, utilizing chiropractic adjustments, manual therapies, and other appropriate interventions.

• Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Educate patients on proper self-care techniques and strategies to prevent recurrence of injuries or conditions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, physical therapists, and massage therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of chiropractic care, and integrate new techniques and approaches into practice as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.

• Current state license to practice chiropractic.

• Excellent knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.

• Strong diagnostic skills, including the ability to interpret x-rays and other diagnostic tests.

• Demonstrated expertise in chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a chiropractic clinic or other healthcare setting.

• Board certification in chiropractic.

• Knowledge of other complementary and alternative therapies, such as acupuncture, massage, or nutritional counseling.

Working Conditions:

Chiropractors typically work in private offices or clinics, and may work evenings or weekends to accommodate patient schedules. The work can be physically demanding, as chiropractors must often stand for extended periods of time and may need to lift or move patients. Additionally, chiropractors may be exposed to contagious illnesses or infections, so adherence to appropriate safety and sanitation protocols is essential.
