Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a diligent and responsible cleaner to join our team. The cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas

• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment

• Empty trash and recycling containers

• Refill soap dispensers and other supplies as needed

• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel

• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

• Follow all health and safety guidelines

 

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

 

Physical Demands:

 

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time

• Must be able to work in various weather conditions
