Job Title: Commercial Director

 

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial strategy of the organization, driving revenue growth and profitability. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives and align with market trends and customer needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the organization's commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, pricing, and product/service offerings.

- Define and communicate the organization's value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

- Develop and manage the organization's sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.

- Hire, train, and manage the performance of the commercial team.

- Collaborate with other functional areas of the organization, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of commercial strategy.

- Participate in the development and implementation of overall business strategy.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability.

- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the relevant industry.

- Experience with CRM tools and software is a plus.
