Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our online community, moderating online forums and social media platforms, and engaging with our followers to promote our brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to foster positive relationships with our community members.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with our online community

- Moderate online forums and social media platforms to ensure that all content is appropriate and follows community guidelines

- Respond to inquiries and comments from community members in a timely and professional manner

- Develop and implement strategies to grow our online community and increase engagement

- Create and curate content for our social media platforms and online forums

- Analyze and report on community metrics, including engagement, growth, and sentiment

- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that community activities align with overall organizational objectives

- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in community management and social media marketing

- Participate in training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge

- Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management or social media marketing

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online forums

- Experience in content creation and curation

- Ability to analyze and report on community metrics

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Familiarity with web analytics tools

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
