Title: Compensation Analyst


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our HR team. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs. This individual will work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure that our compensation programs are competitive, fair, and aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards and market trends.

- Design, develop, and implement compensation programs and policies that support the organization's strategic objectives.

- Conduct job evaluations and make recommendations on job classification and compensation levels.

- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and patterns and provide recommendations for adjustments to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to develop and manage the annual salary review and bonus programs.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation practices.

- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation-related data and trends for management.



- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Knowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or similar credential.

- Experience with job evaluation methodologies such as Hay or Mercer.

- Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.

- Advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
