Title: Construction Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. The Construction Manager will work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, a good understanding of construction processes and materials, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

     Plan and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

     Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure that project goals are met

     Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders

     Monitor project progress and adjust plans and schedules as necessary to meet project goals

     Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints

     Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor and material costs

     Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standards

     Communicate regularly with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide updates on project status and address issues as they arise

     Ensure that safety procedures and guidelines are followed on construction sites

     Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction techniques and materials

     Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

     Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field

     Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management or related field

     Strong leadership and communication skills

     Good understanding of construction processes and materials

     Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

     Proficient in the use of construction management software and Microsoft Office applications

     Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines

     Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

     Strong organizational and time management skills

     Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects

 

Physical Demands:

The Construction Manager may be required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, climb ladders or stairs, and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
