Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Manager to oversee our content creation and distribution efforts. The Content Manager will be responsible for managing a team of content creators, developing content strategies, and ensuring that all content aligns with the organization's messaging and branding. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and editing skills, experience in content creation and management, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of content creators and oversee all content creation and distribution efforts

- Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions

- Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify content needs and develop content plans

- Ensure that all content aligns with the organization's messaging and branding

- Write and edit content for a variety of audiences and platforms

- Develop visual content, including graphics, images, and videos

- Analyze and report on content performance metrics, including engagement, traffic, and conversions

- Stay up-to-date with best practices in content creation and digital marketing

- Participate in training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge

- Manage content calendars and ensure that all content is delivered on time and within budget

- Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content management or team leadership

- Excellent writing and editing skills

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

- Experience in developing content strategies

- Ability to create visual content, including graphics, images, and videos

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Familiarity with web analytics tools

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
