Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.




• Manage contracts from initial drafting through negotiation, execution, and close-out

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract terms, negotiations, and compliance issues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and databases

• Monitor and report on contract performance and compliance

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

• Collaborate with other departments, including legal, finance, and procurement, as needed

• Provide guidance and support to other team members




• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field; JD or other advanced degree preferred

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to analyze complex information and identify potential risks and conflicts

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software

• Willingness to travel as needed
