Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of corporate travel for our organization. The Corporate Travel Manager will be responsible for managing travel policies, negotiating with vendors, arranging travel logistics, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate travel policies and procedures

• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure the best possible rates and terms for travel services

• Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to travel safety and security

• Monitor travel expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings

• Provide travel-related support to employees, including assistance with travel booking, itinerary changes, and emergency situations

• Work closely with the Director of Travel to develop and implement travel-related strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives

• Maintain accurate records of travel-related expenses and transactions

• Develop and maintain relationships with key travel vendors and suppliers

• Provide regular reports on travel-related metrics and KPIs to senior management

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate travel management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Proven ability to manage travel-related logistics for a large organization

• Familiarity with travel-related regulations and compliance requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
