Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Costume Designer to join our team. The Costume Designer will be responsible for creating costumes and accessories for various productions, including film, television, theater, and live events. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of costume design, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.




- Read scripts and collaborate with the director and other members of the production team to determine costume needs and requirements.

- Create sketches and designs of costumes and accessories.

- Select fabrics, colors, and other materials for costumes and accessories.

- Create and/or modify costumes and accessories to fit the actors.

- Work with the costume department to ensure that costumes are properly cleaned, repaired, and stored.

- Manage costume budgets and schedules.

- Collaborate with hair and makeup departments to ensure that the overall look of the production is cohesive.




- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Theater, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Costume Designer or a similar role.

- Extensive knowledge of costume design techniques, fabrics, and accessories.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet project specifications.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Keen eye for detail and ability to create costumes that accurately reflect the characters and time period.

- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
