Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team and develop innovative and compelling concepts that align with our brand's goals and objectives. - Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations

- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that creative concepts align with business objectives

- Manage the development of creative concepts from ideation through execution, including research, brainstorming, mood boards, sketches, and final designs

- Conduct regular reviews of creative work to ensure that it meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines

- Foster a creative and collaborative environment that inspires team members to share and explore ideas

- Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and develop professionally

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our creative work remains innovative and cutting-edge

- Manage relationships with external creative partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to ensure that work is delivered on time and within budget

- Represent the brand at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the brand's creative work




- Bachelor's degree in design, advertising, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency setting

- Strong portfolio of creative work that demonstrates a wide range of skills and experience across various mediums

- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creative professionals

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work on time and within budget

- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
