Job Title: Crew Member

 

Introduction:

 

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team. The Crew Member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

●     Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.

●     Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and guidelines.

●     Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.

●     Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure that all food products are handled and stored correctly.

●     Operate cash registers and handle cash and card transactions accurately.

●     Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.

 

Requirements:

 

●     High school diploma or equivalent.

●     Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required.

●     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

●     Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

●     Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to food handling and storage procedures.
