Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CRM Director to lead our customer relationship management initiatives and drive revenue growth through effective communication and engagement with our customers. The CRM Director will oversee all aspects of our CRM program, including strategy development, implementation, and optimization, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our CRM efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that supports business goals and objectives and drives revenue growth
- Oversee the implementation of CRM programs across all channels, including email, mobile, social, and direct mail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure that CRM programs are integrated with other business initiatives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their behaviors, preferences, and needs to inform the development of targeted communications and personalized experiences
- Continuously monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics and customer data to optimize programs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead the development of customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue growth
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including email service providers and CRM technology vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer engagement to ensure that our programs remain innovative and effective
- Manage a team of CRM professionals, including hiring, training, and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in CRM, direct marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective customer engagement and retention strategies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of CRM professionals, including hiring, training, and development
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
- Knowledge of CRM technologies and platforms, including email service providers, customer data platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
