• Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve in terms of technology

• Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring financial objectives are met

• Communicate technology strategies, initiatives, and progress to key stakeholders




• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role

• Strong technical background and knowledge of software development, network administration, database management, and cybersecurity

• Experience managing and leading a technology team

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to develop and implement technology strategies aligned with overall business objectives

• Excellent project management and budgeting skills


Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment

• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

• Experience working in a regulated industry, such as healthcare or finance
