Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Curriculum Designer to develop and design educational and training materials for our organization. The Curriculum Designer will be responsible for researching, developing, and designing curricula that align with our organizational goals and objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers to create effective learning materials that engage learners and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs analysis to determine the learning needs and objectives of the organization
• Design and develop training curricula, courses, and materials using a variety of media and delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers to ensure that learning materials are accurate, effective, and engaging
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to curriculum design and development
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
• Provide guidance and support to instructional designers, trainers, and other team members as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Education, or related field
