     Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat

     Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services

     Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

     Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

     1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field

     Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
