Job Title: Data Entry Clerk




We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering data into our computer systems accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing and computer skills and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:


     Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.

     Verify accuracy of data input and correct errors as necessary.

     Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information.

     Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.

     Sort and organize paperwork and documents before data entry.

     Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

     Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.




     High school diploma or equivalent.

     Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.

     Excellent typing and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

     Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

     Good organizational and time management skills.

     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
