Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that drive demand and generate qualified leads for our sales team. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing lead generation and nurturing programs, and analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to inform future strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and execute demand generation strategies and programs that drive qualified leads for our sales team, including email campaigns, webinars, content marketing, social media, and other tactics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and creative, to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with business goals and objectives

- Optimize lead generation and nurturing programs to ensure maximum conversion rates and pipeline contribution

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per lead, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as marketing agencies and event organizers, to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and within budget

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in demand generation and lead nurturing to ensure that our programs remain innovative and effective

- Manage a budget for demand generation programs and ensure that spending is optimized to maximize ROI

- Work closely with sales and marketing operations to ensure that lead data is captured and integrated into our CRM system

- Manage a team of demand generation professionals, including hiring, training, and development

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving qualified leads and revenue growth through effective marketing programs

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to manage a budget and optimize spending to maximize ROI

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics

- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques

- Experience managing a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and development
