Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate dentist to join our team. As a dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental care to patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating oral health problems, performing regular cleanings and preventative care, and educating patients on good oral hygiene habits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable in dental procedures and technology, and be committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Diagnose and treat oral health problems, such as cavities, gum disease, and oral cancer.

- Perform routine dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions.

- Manage and treat dental injuries and infections.

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care.

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

- Use and maintain dental equipment and technology, including X-ray machines and dental software.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and sterile dental practice environment.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and dental procedures.

- Administer anesthetics and sedatives when necessary.

 

Requirements:

 

- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.

- Active state dental license.

- Current CPR certification.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of dental procedures and technology.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Dedication to providing excellent patient care.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

- Experience working in a dental practice.

- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records.

- Additional certifications or specialties in areas such as orthodontics or periodontics.
