Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Digital Account Manager to join our team. The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing needs

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid search and display advertising

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with client business goals and objectives

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per lead, and provide regular reporting to clients

- Provide strategic guidance to clients on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends

- Manage a budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensure that spending is optimized to maximize ROI

- Work closely with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients

- Manage client expectations and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure that our programs remain innovative and effective

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to manage a budget and optimize spending to maximize ROI

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and paid search and display advertising platforms

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics

- Experience working with website content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal

- Understanding of website design and development principles and processes

- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
