Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive growth across our digital channels. The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, managing a team of digital marketing professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid search and display advertising

- Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and development

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with overall business goals and objectives

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and lead generation, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership

- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce

- Manage a budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensure that spending is optimized to maximize ROI

- Develop and implement website optimization strategies, including A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as agencies and technology providers, to ensure that digital marketing programs are executed effectively and efficiently

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure that our programs remain innovative and effective

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and development

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, such as website content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and paid search and display advertising platforms

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics

- Understanding of website design and development principles and processes

- Experience working in an e-commerce environment is a plus
